My 90-Day Meditation Challenge: An Adventure in Mindfulness

Alright folks, buckle up because I've decided to embark on a 90-day meditation challenge! As someone who can't sit still for more than five minutes, this is going to be one wild ride.

I started my journey with a guided meditation video by Yoga with Adriene (, and I have to say, I surprised myself by not only making it through the full 10 minutes, but actually enjoying it. Maybe there's hope for me yet!

My favorite part of the meditation was the visualization exercise. It helped me focus my thoughts on what I was supposed to be doing, instead of thinking about what I need to do after I finish meditating. Spoiler alert: my to-do list is always a mile long.

Now, I'm not saying that this meditation practice is going to change my life. But hey, it could be worth a shot. I'm hoping it will help me manage my stress and anxiety better, and maybe even make me a little less cranky in the mornings. (No promises though, I'm not a miracle worker.)

As I continue on this adventure in mindfulness, I'm excited to try out different types of meditation techniques. Who knows? Maybe I'll find my inner zen goddess and become a meditation pro. Or maybe I'll just end up falling asleep during every session. Time will tell.

Either way, I'm going to share my journey with you and hopefully provide some humor and entertainment along the way. So, strap in and join me on this wild ride. It's going to be a blast!
