Good morning, my fellow body-maintenance warriors! Let me tell you about my morning - I woke up feeling like I got hit by a truck, and what did I do to deserve this pain? Was it the intense workout I did yesterday? Nope. Was it the new dance routine I tried to learn? Not even close. It was from cooking dinner! Yes, you heard me right - simply standing in one place for 30 minutes with no shoes on a tile floor caused inflammation so severe that I'm struggling to get out of bed.


I mean, seriously, what's the deal with aging? It's like every day there's something new that hurts. I watch my parents who are older, and they don't seem to struggle with the same level of pain that I do. Did I miss the memo on how to age gracefully without feeling like my body is falling apart? I work out every day, eat my veggies, drink water, and stretch to get good circulation, yet here I am, feeling like a creaky old door.

One day, we're bouncing around like we're 20, and the next day, we're shuffling around like we're 90. It's like we're in a constant battle between our mind and body, and our body is winning every time.
